Dr Wallace Brigden
June 7, 1916 - 11 March, 2008
It is with sadness that we report the death of Dr
Brigden.
Dr Brigden was President of the Society from 1987
until 1989 and a distinguished cardiologist, a
leading authority on valvular heart disease, and
pregnancy associated and alcohol induced
cardiomyopathy. Here is a link to his obituary in
